Who runs this

Vantage Deals is operated by Aidan as sole proprietor. Reach me at aidanmarketingagency@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Application form data — name, email, company, website, role, problem description. Submitted when you apply to be a founding partner.
• Account + workspace data (once you're a customer) — agency, client, customer, journey state, audit log, outcome events.
• Service-level telemetry from the vendors below (page views, errors, performance) — used to debug and improve the product.

Where it lives

Data is stored on these vendors. Each holds the data under their own security + privacy policies:

• Supabase (database, auth) — US
• Vercel (hosting, edge) — US
• Twilio (SMS infrastructure for customer agents) — US
• Anthropic (AI model inference) — US
• Resend (transactional email) — US
• Stripe (when payments go live) — US

What I do with it

• Reply to your application personally and assess fit.
• Run the agents you authorize on the data inside your workspace.
• Bill you (when payments are wired).
• Never sell your data. Never share it with anyone outside the vendors above.

Your rights

Email me to access, correct, export, or delete any data I hold about you. I'll do it within 7 days. No forms, no friction — it's a small operation, you get a human reply.

Cookies + analytics

The marketing site uses zero third-party tracking cookies. The dashboard (post-login, week 2+) will use session cookies for auth. Any analytics added later will be privacy-respecting (PostHog self-host or Plausible). This page will list them when they're live.

Changes

I'll bump the version number above when this changes and tell founding partners directly. The current version is intentionally short and honest — I'll add what's needed as the product grows.
